Returns Policy
Exchanges
Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt for exchange or refund.
Items must be in original, saleable condition – with all hangers, labels and wrappings in their original condition.
Exchanges/refunds will be issued AFTER item has been returned and subject to satisfactory inspection.
Standard Refunds (ie none faulty) will be cost of item less $5 postage & packaging costs – which are included in the sale price of our products.
Faults
We do not experience many faults, but if you believe you have a faulty product we would ask you to return it to us within a reasonable period of time (using the returns form on your invoice) and post to us at our registered address. If you no longer have your invoice then a covering letter explaining your reason for return. We will then contact you via email/telephone (your choice) to confirm receipt and advise if we believe that the goods are in fact faulty. If the goods are deemed to be faulty, we shall issue a replacement and cover all return postage costs.
